These terms govern BaoBao SIM accounts and launch registration. No eSIMs are sold or activated on this website yet.
Who can use the service
You must provide accurate account details, keep your credentials secure, and use the site lawfully. You are responsible for activity on your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Launch registration
Creating an account or registering for launch does not purchase, reserve, or guarantee an eSIM, price, network, destination, promotion, or service start date. Any promotional offer will include its eligibility rules and dates when published.
Future purchases
Before accepting payment, we will display the plan's price and currency, covered destinations, data allowance, validity, activation rules, supported networks where available, and any material limitations. Any purchase will be governed by the checkout disclosures and terms shown at that time. Consumer rights under applicable law continue to apply.
Availability and changes
We may change site content, launch timing, or planned features. Network service depends on supported devices, local coverage, and supplier availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access to this site.
Intellectual property and misuse
BaoBao SIM site text, design, and branding may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Do not interfere with the site, access another person's account, or use automated traffic to disrupt service.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, BaoBao SIM is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of this informational site. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable Canadian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
